    Baningsu we arwei meiri , raisok lanro di ongnu ashung na
Naraan meiri tei, khang meiri tei,

Nathai le saloi ngam mak baninglo kaphukpui thoukai latte.

Naosen meiri ding ponbasaange ta kalwang thouloi darwe abaanrwan dingle.

Aram thit dingle kahi thanglang mimaak kasang ong, nanam raan heirubo katak thanglang le mimaak.

Inlu inte, insung inmai inkamriak maak .

Aram tasuang nale jathang bada jongre diga katampi na pao ong, 

Nurwan nale basa ding rwan om dan kasut ong, balao tahiang ga.

Namnai rwanle suipon thanglang maakrwe inmongsia nukaan,kajingnu raan.

Heiba Nabit Bangei tasuang karo lanrwe.

Inphana Aram raanhou phalat langrua di sangmeinu doina taraan  ongnu le hansia ye.

Meirilui laalui, laamlui karaanlui baraan darwe.

Aram ngam, Aram takhuang le baraan hung nge.

My Trip to Shilong

On this day ,the 7th April 2019 our team Veterinary Field Assistant Training(2018-19 batch ) Have a trip/study tour(7-11 April) to Shillong and Gauhati for field Purposes. We start our journey from BOC imphal at 5:30.am on two broad bus where I were in the later bus. I've a short prayer just after the bus starts an engine, and I'm sure we're secure.

Everybody enjoy the ride except little scare for me that I might feel dizzy and vomit among our mates , anyway I've to assume I were feeling perfect. I've to control myself from any unwanted on towar

We have reached Sekmai Bazaar by 06:16am now. Rested for few minutes and started our journey again, by the roadsides where the Spring season welcoming Oak buds and bright hills filling with Greenish to Yellowish colors so charming everywhere.

Its now 6:36. and by the time we've reached Motbung.

After a long rode we had our lunch at Manipuri Rice Hotel crossing Kohima town. Kohima town is indeed a very pleasant site, no diesel Auto but A local Taxi everywhere in and within the town, a well advanced standard but little unsanitary when compare to imphal. Love it.

Our first lunch are with Chicken n eronba. What will be the next at Shilong😁?  At 12:16pm. we reach a bridge just ahead of that manipuri hotel. After crossing further from Tadubi town we starts seeing Cherries plants all along the roadside.

We have a long ride nonstop crossing Dimapur valley and after deep wild forests. I thought of having some photos my phone got power problem so I see with my bare eyes the charms and cheering plants beating and running behind us. We had our first dinner by the roadside in one small colony in the midst of the Assam valley, and I find difficulty in interacting with those servers/ waiter further charging me double for the food in the later dinner. We've reached our farmhouse/motel by late night where almost everyone of us were in deep motion sleep. I went to the place in half asleep. Most of us were almost awake after reaching the restroom which two rooms are provided one for gents and the other for the ladies.

It was a bright good morning for everyone fresh with Little sun rays falling as a blessing for brighter day out. We have a short breakfast and then we are ready for the first exploration. Our Ma'am took us out for a visit to the farmhouse with one Scientist from our Manipur currently serving in Shillong. We have visited the brooding farm, cattle farm, mini fish farm,  a varieties of avian species including poultry, turkey, duck and different species of sheep and goats. I've seen one of our carrier Bus's back mirror was broke by some unidentified gangs during the previous night journey and so one bus left us to one. We are made to sit in three out of two seats 😁, and telling the truth I sits on one of my friends' thigh for an hour.

After a long rode I saw a high up dam and a beautiful scenery view of Umiam lake which reminds us that we are nearing the most awaited place; Shillong.
We reached Shillong probably by around 10:am and we're parked at near the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
We went for a lunch together with four of our Ma'am at Hotel Orchids Annex. The foods are not tasty at all as we suddenly change our food habbit and varieties. Yes we done our lunch and so we have planned to visit the City Lake nearby the Hotel/restaurant, after some of us walk out for the place a heavy rain, very heavy rain poured and we're showered with it including some ladies to name Susitra and her friends.

We waited for next journey while some of our chaps starts marketing for their family friends back in their home. I boarded the bus again carrying a medium sized Guitar which we never played even once.
Two in one seat we enjoyed at the back seats murmuring jokes and jokes...............

At 6.pm we smelled the air of Guwahati a warm welcome with hot climate. We transferred all our goods and bags to another city bus and headed to silparam Northeast center. And stayed there for two consecutive nights. The hospitality is okay but the foods in Guwahati is the worse I ate during the short journey.  On the third day of our journey we went to College of Veterinary Science, Assam and Sahiwal farm, and piggery farm and some very important and interesting places, it was indeed a great day!
 After an hour we went for Shopping at Fancy Bazaar. With some of our friends we went for shipping at Brahmaputra Ghat. We both whatever we want and wish to bring homeward. It was late evening, again we went to Big Bazaar and then with Ulcer service we came back late at night to our resting motel.
The night was wonderful with jokes and songs all around the corner of the room, some with Thabal Chongba!!!

The next day, we went to the most interesting place called Accodland where almost everyone enjoyed maybe including Our Ma'am. Water sports, mini train, sways, magnetic rides, and many more. We went back crossing the railroad through the bazaar and then to the ISBT and we started our way back home to Imphal. We got two bus reserved and board back to Imphal the next morning at 8:40 am at Khuman Lampak. On the way we all slept in the bus, I'm in the later bus with Sadananda and Neihoikim behind my seat. At around 3:00am we reached Kohima a scenic place at night lighting up the Whole hilltops. We got some pictures and force us to sleep again until we reach Mao gate where we brush and wash us up.

THIS IS MY SHORT TRAVEL DIARY TO SHILLONG AND GUWAHATI. IT WAS INDEED A MEMORABLE ONE...................
